Just when we thought the waters of this story calmed themselves, new information has surfaced in the untimely death of Robin Williams.
A source close to the family has revealed the comedian's suicide was reportedly triggered by a disease called Lewy Body Dementia — which is caused by irregular protein deposits in the brain that can hinder normal function.
The Dementia, which can closely resemble Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, may cause the affected to see hallucinations of people, animals or objects…
So this report would make a lot of sense, especially since Robin's wife told police Mr. Williams was complaining about how his meds were making him feel right before his death.
This is just SO sad.
Robin Williams tragically committed suicide back in August, and it looks like his family FINALLY can have some peace of mind with the cause.
A just-released autopsy includes details that were not initially revealed at the time of his death.
The first thing is that Robin was sober at the time of his death. The report stated that he only had four drugs in his system, two were anti-depressants and two were "caffeine compounds."

This is bittersweet.
While we're so excited to see Robin Williams grace the silver screen once again, it's sad to know that this was one of his final films.
In the recently released trailer for the film, we see Robin at his comedic finest alongside co-stars Lauren Graham and Joel McHale.
The extended preview depicts the hilarious trials and tribulations Joel and Robin's characters go through to 'save Christmas'. Naturally, the film is full of seriously funny hijinks and we can't wait to see it all play out on the big screen.

According to his Night At The Museum: Secret Of The Tomb co-star Rebel Wilson, the famed funnyman's final scene in the film had her weeping.
