So, IS he coming back?

Michael Phelps declared his retirement to the world, but his Instagram picture (above) on Monday hints otherwise.

The Olympic swimmer tweeted the pic of him getting instructions on the starting block, saying:

Can't a soon-to-be-dad sit down and relax a little bit, even as a Prince??

Nope!

Prince William is ALL ABOUT his duties — and he's just picked up another great one! He's joining the support for Amateur Swimming Association's vision that every child has the right to learn to swim! Not only is it a health issue, but it's a safety issue as well!

Apparently more than half of children between the ages of 7 and 11 cannot swim 25 meters unaided, which means over a million young people who are potentially not safe in and around water. That's unacceptable!

We're not exactly sure what the opposite of "jeah" is, but whatever it is we're that's EXACTLY what Ryan Lochte is thinking right now!

On the latest episode of What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, the Olympic gold-medalist got a surprise phone call from his long-distance sweetheart, and based on the sad music that starts playing she didn't have good news!

The two had been trying to make their relationship work for a couple of years with Jamiee Hollier all the way across the pond in London, but she finally decided to call it quits!

Nothing sucks more than getting dumped over the phone, ESPECIALLY when it's being filmed for everyone to see! But to rub a little extra salt in the wound, the devastating phone call came right in the middle of dinner time with his bros!

But don't worry, Ryan! We're sure you'll be back in the dating game in no time! Awwww, JEAH!!

Ryan Lochte showed off his chiseled bod in an itty bitty swim suit as he emerged from a pool after warming up for the Mel Zajac Jr. International Canada Cup in Vancouver!

The Olympic gold-medalist not only looked great, but he had a pretty good day in the pool as well as he won four out of his six races, including the 100 meter freestyle!!

We're sure the tiny speedo he wore helped him out in his victories, so we think he should DEFINITELY wear them more often! Like all the time. Pretty please? LOLz!

After a few contestants experienced injuries during the filming of ABC's diving show, Splash, we're actually kind of happy that it has come to an end! Sheesh!

Last night, the three finalists, Rory Bushfield, Drake Bell and Nicole Eggert dove one last time, and although they all did a spectacular job, only one came out winning.

So who shined and who flopped???
