Fashion Police may be one of E!'s top rated shows, but it certainly doesn't come across that way in their writers' paychecks!

On Wednesday, the writers filed a claim with the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, accusing their employer of violating state laws by not paying them overtime.

One writer said:

"The most I’ve been paid for a show has been for eight hours of work. In reality, I put in anywhere from 12 to 32 additional hours on each show – time I should have been compensated for. On top of that is all the unpaid overtime we regularly work. There are some shows where we are required to work 16-hour days, from 2:30 p.m. until around 5:30 the following morning."

Another writer added:

OMG, we die.

Already in its fifth season, the Bravo show has taken a significant nosedive in the ratings, losing nearly 40% of their key demo.

And that's just in this season alone!

A recent ratings report stated:

Emilia Clarke walked the red carpet at the TCL Chinese Theatre to celebrate the HBO's show season 3 premiere looking like the graceful queen that she's destined to be.

Wearing an electric blue Victoria Beckham dress, a black Christian Louboutin clutch, and a silver Jacob and Co bracelet, Emilia was a far cry from the bohemian blonde Daenerys Targaryn we're used to seeing, but that doesn't make her any less beautiful.

In fact, we think her natural chocolate brown locks bring out her baby blues even more.

The only thing missing was her baby dragons who we hear are fiery and angsty teenagers by now.

We're just waiting anxiously with bated breath until the premiere on March 31st.

Now that Downton Abbey's Dan Stevens has left the PBS show, he's gone darker.

Well, his hair has at least.

The actor showed off his new dark brown locks at the GLAAD Media Awards in NYC over the weekend, which not only made him stand out on the blue carpet, but also made his gorgeous baby blues pop even more!

He looked just downright dapper with his fitted Calvin Klein suit and black skinny tie.

We have to say, it gives him a much more sophisticated look, doesn't it??

Hmm, we wonder if Lady Mary would approve….

We thought this saga was over!

Brandi Cochran, a former model for the Price Is Right, won a lawsuit back in November because she was fired for being pregnant.

However, Judge Kevin Brazile has overturned the ruling because the state Supreme Court found that he didn't properly instruct the jury.

It's been 18 years since Cindy Crawford and Richard Gere divorced after four years of marriage.

But, now, the supermodel and mother of two is opening up about their relationship and what role their huge age difference played on their eventual separation.

And of course, who better to talk about it than to Oprah??

On OWN's Oprah's Master Class, Cindy opens up about being only 22 when she married 37-year-old Gere back in 1991, saying:

"I think I was more willing at 22 to be, like, 'Okay, I'll follow,' but then you start going, 'Well, I don't want to just follow — I want to lead sometimes and I want to walk side by side sometimes.'"

She has since moved on and started a whole new life with restaurateur Rande Gerber and their two children, but we'll never forget the original superstar couple of the '90s! They were the Brangelina of their day!
