Kate: The Kate Moss Book Is Coming At You Soon!

kate-the-kate-moss-book.jpg

Because one wasn't enough, another book chronicling Kate Moss' career will be hitting shelves this fall.

The 368 page Kate: The Kate Moss Book is described as a "highly personal and complete retrospective" of her career "illustrating her evolution from girl to supermodel to photographic icon, created by Moss herself."

Oddly enough the picture book is edited by Jefferson Hack, Mossy's ex and father of her child Lila Grace.

Kinda awkward, but if anyone knows Kate, it's him. He's probably seen it all and then some anyway.

Kate is scheduled to be released November 6 for $85, but it's already available for pre-order on Amazon.com at a discounted price.

Will U be ordering Kate's life story in photographs?!?

Target might have had a big boost in sales thanks to its new Missoni collection, but customers are none too happy with the company’s website.

Turns out Target.com crashed again this past Tuesday.

The company, which ended its long partnership with Amazon in August, also suffered a crash last month when customers tried to order Missoni items.

The Hells Angels Sue Wildfox & Amazon Over T-Shirt

hells-angels-sue-wildfox-amazon-my-boyfriends-a-hells-angel-tshirt-1.jpg hells-angels-sue-wildfox-amazon-my-boyfriends-a-hells-angel-tshirt-2.jpg

Here we go again.

Wildfox and Amazon are learning the hard way not to mess with the Hells Angels.

Like last year's lawsuit against Alexander McQueen, the motorcycle club is suing the El Lay based clothing company and online retailer for selling a t-shirt with "My Boyfriends A Hells Angel" printed across the front and wings on the back.

The Hells Angels claim both sides of the shirt infringe on not only their trademarked name, but also the skull-with-wings death head.

Their lawyer Fritz Clapp (the same guy who successfully got McQueen to pull their infringing items down and destroyed) says the lawsuit is to "not just to punish, but to educate". Adding:

"Somebody thought erroneously that Hells Angels is a generic term…Getting this stuff off the market is our highest priority. Hells Angels is a membership mark, and it denotes membership in the organization. Even the Hells Angels do not put it on T-shirts they sell to the public."

They probably don't appreciate the t-shirt being grammatically incorrect either.

Just sayin'.

Groupon Is Growing Faster Than Google Did

groupon-logo-profits.jpg

Groupon is growing and growing fast!

In fact, its first-quarter revenue was up by 1,475% from last year to $645 million.

This marks a faster growth than other giants like Google, eBay and Amazon experienced.

Just to compare, Google’s revenue rose "only" 352% in its second year while eBay and Amazon’s rose a bit over 700%. That’s almost twice the growth for Groupon!

A rep for Wedbush’s "Second Internet" research unit, reveals:

"Groupon and the rest of the industry have grown so rapidly because, for the first time in history, merchants can leverage the Internet in scale. The deal commerce space is going to be massive."

But all isn’t too rosy for Groupon, as they reported in their S-1 filing last week a $450 million loss.

So although they are doing well, other competitors like LivingSocial, which is backed by Amazon and Facebook still pose a threat.

Are U a Groupon user?
