Todd Marinovich, an ex-NFL quarterback, just had major surgery on his throwing hand.

That hand also just happens to be his painting hand now that he's retired!

Drug addiction ruined his football career and he almost lost everything, but he got clean and became a pretty successful artist!

Though things almost crashed down when he woke up with no feeling in his left hand one morning.

Neil Harbisson has a condition known as achromatopsia.

That means he has complete color blindness. He can only see in grayscale.

Back in 2003 he teamed up with some computer scientists and together they made him an "electronic eye."

He wears the device on his head and it detects the color frequency of whatever's in front of him.

It then converts that to a sound frequency and a chip in the back of his head plays the sound, vibrating through his bones to his inner ear, allowing him to "hear" colors.

That's crazy!

He did a TED talk where he said:

"I've been hearing color for eight years since 2004 so I find it completely normal to hear color all the time. At the start, I had to memorize the names you give for each color, so I had to memorize the notes, but after some time this information became a perception. I didn't have to think about the notes, and after some time this perception became a feeling."

So now he can go to art galleries, which sound like concerts, or dress himself.

What's cool is he can also reverse this process and translate songs into colors. Justin Bieber's Baby is bubble gum pinks and neon yellows, of course.

So cool that this man gets to be a cyborg and live a more normal life.

Russell Brand moves on pret-ty fast!

The recently divorced actor and comedian practiced his daily yoga ritual on Friday with a special guest — his rumored new love interest, Oriela Medellin Amieiro.

No idea where these two met, but the self-described "modern day gypsy" is a Mexican-born freelance artist living in El Lay and does stuff like this.

We can see how these two might get along.

After starting the off the weekend with a spiritual workout together, Russell left in his Range Rover just moments before Oriela exited the yoga studio in an effort to avoid being photographed together.

Clearly, they aren't fooling anyone, but what do U think of his new gal pal? She's no Katy Perry, that's for sure!

Facebook's unnecessary censorship is causing controversy again!

Everyone's favorite social networking site once angered users for deleting a picture of two men kissing, but now the site has upset a breast cancer awareness group!

Women involved in the Breast Cancer Awareness Body Painting Project have been flying to Florida’s UNCOMMON Gallery from all over the country at their own expense in order to have their chest painted, then proudly pose for the camera.

The goal is to find beauty in their body that has been scarred by a mastectomy, while reclaiming a sense of spirit and hope.

However, the participants were shocked to find out that Facebook considered posting these deeply moving and personal pictures of body art to be a violation of the terms of use that reads:
