Adorbz Otters Paint Pictures At Florida Zoo

Lucy and Grimace are two budding young artists at the Gulf Breeze Zoo in Pensacola, Florida.

Oh and they're also both otters… did we mention that? LOLz!

Zookeepers say they've literally sold over 50 pieces of otter artwork and used the money to buy toys and treats!

So they get to taste the fruits of their labor! If you can even call it labor. They look like they're having a blast!

And don't worry, the paint is totally non-toxic so it's completely safe for the otters.

Otters have incredibly short attention spans so they only paint once a week, making these paintings even more rare and ahmayzing!

Check out the video (above) to see the otter artists in action!!

'Artist' Throws Cats Up Stairs!

An "artist" in Belgium was caught on camera abusing animals!

Artist Jan Fabre was making an artistic video that somehow involved flying cats, so the only way to get that effect was to throw cats!

Literally, he threw live cats up a staircase onto some crappy looking padding.

Cat Hair-ball Necklace

cat necklace

This would be a lovely Christmas gift for that Aunt you hate.

Artist Flora Davis seeks to transform "simple, plain components into beautiful objects." As such, the necklace above made out of fur her cat had shed, certainly fits the bill.

The product's Etsy description is as follows:

This unique necklace is for individuals drawn to the quirky. It is a conversation piece.

The hair was collected during grooming sessions from my indoor, purebred Ragamuffin cat. His hair is very soft; almost rabbit like when touched. It took many grooming sessions to collect the hair, then more time to felt it into solid round balls.

Look below for a awesome pic of the cat wearing the necklace!

Woman Lived Naked With Hundreds Of Pigs

I Pig Therefore I Am

Are you seeing things, or is that a woman?

It is a woman, nose to snout, skin to skin, nude, with hundreds of 500-pound pigs grown in an industrial farming barn.

Artist Miru Kim is doing by placing herself in the midst of the pigs, in her series, The Pig That Therefore I Am.

Kim says the message behind her work is not specific,

"The images are meant to be poetic and open-ended for many interpretations. I would like for my images to evoke a visceral reaction from the viewers about the spaces (and creatures) that are usually forgotten from their daily lives. I went into these massive industrial hog farms and really felt with my entire body and skin how these environments were. The naked figure (I) in the photos gives an emotional focal point that directly relates to the viewer’s body. I am throwing a question for people to think about, rather than giving an answer or a definitive message. Where does your breakfast sausage come from? Have you interacted with a pig? What happened to our connection with animals in the last two hundred years?"
