According to lawyer Monique Pressley, these charges against the 78-year-old "violate an express agreement" where Cosby "would never be prosecuted with respect to the allegations of sexual assault made by complainant Andrea Constand."

Back in 2006, the disgraced actor and Constand agreed to a civil settlement after she initially sued him.

According to Cosby's counsel, authorities agreed to a "non-prosecution agreement… for the express purpose of inducing Mr. Cosby to testify fully in Ms. Constand's civil litigation against him."

In a statement against District Attorney Kevin Steele, Monique said

More Than 50 Women Could Testify Against Bill Cosby In Court!

no title

Bill Cosby's upcoming trial could be VERY lengthy.

As we reported on Wednesday, the comedian was arraigned in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania for one charge of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand.

The Cosby Show star did not enter a plea, and was released on $1 million bail.

For this upcoming trial, more than 50 women who have accused Cosby of assault could testify against him.

Although some of these allegations are past the statute of limitations, they could still be used as witnesses to establish Constand's credibility, as well as the 78-year-old's pattern of behavior.

According to Gloria Allred who represents 29 of these women:

"I do imagine that it will be a very very vigorous cross examination of any women who may be called as witnesses, who may be called because they have alleged similar conduct by Mr Cosby. I think many of these women have indicated they are prepared to do that. They are going to demonstrate that kind of courage and tell their truth. They will be ready and they know they have a duty to participate if they are subpoenaed."

If convicted, Cosby can face up to 10 years in prison.

Bill Cosby's Wife Refuses To Testify Whether She Gave Her Husband Drugs Used To Assault Women!

Bill Cosby's wife — Camille Cosby — is keeping her mouth shut.

As we reported on Wednesday, the comedian was booked for one charge of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand at his Philadelphia home in 2004.

On the same exact day he was arraigned, The Cosby Show actor's spouse filed legal documents — obtained by Daily Mail Online — that would prevent her from having to testify!

What exactly do prosecutors want from the female philanthropist?

Prior to this event, the 71-year-old was accused by seven of Cosby's alleged victims– Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis, and Angela Leslie — of possibly providing her husband prescription sedatives that he used during the attacks.

The counsel for these women also want to grill Camille on whether or not she knew about the stand-up's infidelity.

Not only does she deny ever obtaining or providing said drugs, going under oath against Bill would violate the Massachusetts' spousal disqualification rule. Essentially, this law states that a husband and wife don't have to testify against each other, or share information from private conversations.

Miz Cosby also claims she had no first-hand knowledge of these alleged affairs, nor did she ever see them. Bill has counter-sued these seven women, claiming they are fabricating their stories.

We just hope justice is brought down on anyone who breaks the law!
