The legal drama between Kesha and Dr. Luke AKA Lukasz Gottwald is far from over!!

In fact, the music producer has added a defamation claim in his lawsuit against the songstress on Monday over a text message she sent to Lady GaGa. As we previously reported, the message was added into evidence for the case earlier this month.

According to court docs, the text was sent to the Million Reasons singer on February 26, 2016, and Luke's legal team alleges it was part of a "malicious campaign to destroy Gottwald's reputation and career."

Yikes!

Kim Kardashian Drops Lawsuit Against Website That Claimed She Was Lying About Her Paris Robbery After FINALLY Getting The Retraction & Apology She Wanted!

Here's a small victory for Kim Kardashian West!

As we previously reported, the reality star had filed a lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com, after the site claimed she was lying about her Paris robbery.

The site had alleged that the 36-year-old had "staged" the incident and even compared her to Ryan Lochte!

But, on Monday, the brunette beauty dropped her suit against MTO because the outlet retracted the stories in question. In place of the posts, the page published an apology to the celeb, writing:

"MediaTakeOut regrettably published a series of false stories about Kim Kardashian West suggesting she faked the robbery in Paris, lied to authorities and then filed a $5.6 million fraudulent insurance claim for her stolen jewelry. MediaTakeOut knows that Mrs. Kardashian West was in fact robbed in Paris. We have permanently removed from our website any and all posts that suggested she staged the robbery, lied about it to the French police and committed an insurance crime."

The site's apology continued:

Last month, Donald Trump's wife threatened to sue Daily Mail, Politico, and a bunch of other websites for suggesting her former modeling agency secretly doubled as an escort service.

The outlets-in-question cited an article from Suzy magazine that alleged the beauties "pretended to be models, but they principally earned money as elite escorts."

Miz Trump promised legal repercussions, unless the sites took down the scandalous story AND issued a retraction.

And on Thursday, the model's lawyer, Charles Harder, slapped DM, and blogger Webster Griffin Tarpley, with a $150 MILLION defamation suit, claiming:

On Monday, the 46-year-old's lawyer announced she's suing multiple media outlets for citing a story that claims her former modeling agency secretly doubled as an escort service!

Daily Mail, Politico, and other sites recently referenced an article that ran in Slovenia's Suzy magazine, that alleged:

"On the one hand they [the girls] pretended to be models, but they principally earned money as elite escorts. They even had two composite cards (presentation cards held by each model) — with two photos and basic information such as measurements, eye and hair colour, and agency details. One composite card was for the modelling business, and the other one for the sex business, as it stated whether they prefer the older men and described their abilities in the bedroom."

And now, the Slovenia native is firing back at the websites that ran the story. Her attorney, Charles Harder, revealed Donald Trump's wife is threatening to sue in a statement, saying:

Terrence Howard's Ex Management Firm Is Suing Him For His Empire Money!

Mo money, mo problems!

On Tuesday, Terrence Howard's former management firm — Authentic Talent and Literary Management — filed a lawsuit against the Empire star claiming he breached his contract.

They are seeking $250,000.

According to legal docs, the company played "a key role in the resurgence of Howard's career" and gave him "professional, personal and other advice and career guidance."

Interesting enough, Authentic hired lawyer Mathew Rosengart, who represented Sean Penn in the defamation lawsuit against Empire co-creator Lee Daniels.
