This one makes our heads hurt!
In some crazy, bizarre and just plain weird news - Bank of America has reportedly sued itself for foreclosure 11 times since late March.
In one case BofA seeks to foreclose on a condominium, but lists BofA as the defendants in the suit.
In other words… They're suing themselves!!!
A BofA rep responded:
We can't say we feel sorry for the guy.

Gary Dourdan can add the threat of a foreclosure to his growing list of legal problems as new legal documentation reveals that he has defaulted on his mortgage to his Venice home.
He bought the place back in 2004 for $922,000, but back in July of this year, he defaulted after missing a payment. The documents about his foreclosure state that he owes $61,558.90 as of September 28, 2011 - and he owes it now.
So, you've been busted for drugs, domestic violence and now, deceit.

We recently talked about Chris Tucker being close to losing his home in Florida. Now the actor is calling attention to it in his comedy routine:
Well, really he needs $$$ and fast. Otherwise, he's going to lose his house!
Unfortunately for him, the offers haven't been pouring in for Chris Tucker and we imagine the residual checks from the Rush Hour trilogy have started to dry up. We have to assume that his lack of funds is the reason he hasn't been making the payments on his mortgage on his $6 million mansion in Florida.
But things are about to get that much worse for him as SunTrust Bank filed foreclosure papers on the property since the comedian owes more than $4.4 million on the 10,000 square-foot home. If he doesn't come up with some money fast, he's going to be homeless. Like, legit homeless.
