Man-Eating Tiger In Northern India Kills Its 10th Victim!

Residents in northern India are on the lookout for a man-eating tiger which recently claimed its 10th victim in a span of just six weeks!

The female tiger is believed to have escaped from Jim Corbett National Park and first mauled a 65-year-old man to death in Sambhal. Since then, she has killed 9 more people, including her most recent victim a 50-year-old who was collecting firewood in Kalgarh.

According to reports, the tigress ate the man's leg as well as parts of his abdomen before she was eventually scared away, and Uttar Pradesh wildlife chief Rupek De says the animal's behavior is a result of its inability to hunt its usual prey:

Rescue Dog Becomes First Pooch To Climb Mount Everest!

A rescue dog is the first pup to ever reach Mount Everest's base camp!!

This is so crazy amazing!

A rescue dog named Rupee has become the first pup to make it to Mount Everest's base camp!

That's 17,000-feet above sea level!! That's insane-o!!

Joanne Lefson, an animal activist and world traveler, rescued Rupee from a garbage dump in Northern India.

She found the poor pup on the verge of death, took him into her loving arms and nursed him back to health.

India Bans Captive Dolphin Shows

India has joined Costa Rica, Hungary and Chile as the fourth country to ban captive dolphin and orca shows.

They've enacted the ban because they claim the animals' high level of intelligence grants them status as "non-human persons."
