Wow, who else is gonna have nightmares after this, and panic every time they catch a cold??

LOLz! This poor woman! She nearly DIED because doctors wouldn't believe her it was MORE than allergies!

It's true — she had the clear, tasteless liquid running out of her nose whenever she'd bend over. This happened for more than four months, and still doctors said it was allergies.

Here's how Aundrea Aragon described it (grab your barf bags):

This is a pretty big deal!

A federal judge has decided that tobacco companies will have to publish corrective statements saying that they lied about the dangers of smoking!

They'll have to basically run ads saying they're liars and that smoking is actually worse for you than they've previously let on.

Let's continue the "science blows our minds" train we love to ride here at FitPerez!!

Scientists have just discovered a key immune system gene that could allow us to turn our immune system off and on like a light switch. Suffice it to say, it could be what we've needed to combat infectious diseases including HIV, hepatitis and tuberculosis!

The gene is called Arih2, and is found in dendritic cells, which act as immune system sentinels by alerting the body to dangerous foreign invaders. Activating it supercharges our body's immunity, and helps vaccines work waaaaay better!

We previously mentioned that a fungal meningitis outbreak has happened because of drugs from a contaminated pharmacy.

So far, 15 people are dead and at least 200 others are sick.

The FDA is widening its search for the cause of all the meningitis, believing other drugs might be causing the problems.

This is just awful — 14 deaths have resulted from 185 cases of meningitis caused by a spinal steroid issued by the New England Compounding Center.

Because of that, there is a new class-action lawsuit being mounted and filed against the company for the "fungus contaminated steroid."
