This is just plain out sad!

Last month, Dalton Dingus racked up more than 500,000 Christmas cards, which made him the top contender for most cards received during a holiday season… but unfortunately, he recently passed away.

The 9-year-old boy was suffering from stage four cystic fibrosis, which led him to have to always wear a face mask to help him breath in 12 liters of oxygen. He was also taking 18 different medications on a daily basis.

Heather Kaminsky, a mother who traded her infant son for a pickup truck in Kentucky, was finally apprehended in Florida Thursday.

Authorities say Kaminsky would have lost the infant to child protective services, but instead fled and unloaded the child for some quick cash. She will be charged with human trafficking, as well as charges related to her alleged meth addiction.

Jeremy and Jamiee Brown, the couple who gave up their 1999 Dodge Dakota for the 6-month-old, also face up to 20 years for the felonious trade.

We feel sorriest for the poor kid when he finds out about this! It wasn't even a late model truck!
