The Queen is out and about doing some good for a Military Rehab Unit!!

She made a visit to Headley Court in Surrey, Britain's top military rehabilitation center, just to meet and say hello to those who have been badly injured in combat!

She then toured the facility with Prince Philip, opened a refurbished ward and watched amputee patients doing obstacle courses and working out their artificial limbs!

She had never been there before, but we're bet they were glad to see her anyway!

Meeting the Queen for their service must have been uplifting given their current circumstances! We're glad she found time to stop by!!

We didn't know they were BFFs!!

LOLz, we kid, we kid — they aren't. But Patrick Schwarzenegger IS a big fan of Blake Griffin's, so it was a cool moment for him to get to meet one of his basketball heroes!

Even if they didn't plan on getting smoothies together, per se, they DID just that!

Finally! Jeez!

The NHL and the Player's Association were just sitting around, doing nothing, probably not watching hockey like every other hockey fan.

Eventually they realized the world would be a better place with hockey in it, so they started meeting again.

The talks lasted over seven hours! The meeting on Tuesday went so well that they've agreed to meet again today for more talks.

All details are being kept under wraps so we can only assume things are going well.

We just previously mentioned that the NHLPA declined the NHL's 50-50 revenue split offer and the NHL turned down all their counter-offers.

So the NHL has canceled 135 games through November 1st.

That's 11% of the season!

Early this morning, representatives from the NHL Players Association made their way to the NHL headquarters to beat each other into submission.

The NHL and the NHLPA were meeting to try and resolve their issues and end the lockout.

Today should have been the opening game, so hopefully everyone is realizing how bad this whole lockout is.

Russell Brand was spotted in a crowd of Angelinos in West Hollywood yesterday.

The paps stayed back pretty far, out of respect we might guess.

Shocking! We know, but it was an AA meeting!

The Alcoholics Anonymous meeting was held at the West Hollywood Lions Club. (He's kind of right in the top-middle, right below that blurry yellow sign if you can't spot him easily.)

Just because Apple CEO Steve Jobs is on sick leave doesn’t mean he still doesn’t have work to do!

A source has revealed that Jobs will attend a meeting with Obama on Thursday during the President’s visit to California.

Jobs is a pancreatic cancer survivor and stepped away from the company last month due to health problems.

It’s unclear what the meeting will be about — maybe Obama wants a new iPhone!
