Say what you will about Kanye, but he certainly has a way with words.
As you probably remember, A Tribe Called Quest lost one of its founding members late last month when Phife Dawg died due to complications with diabetes at age 45.
The rapper's friends have already spoken out about his passing, but it wasn't until Tuesday that they were finally able to formally say goodbye during his memorial.

A number of Phife's famous colleagues made their way out to the New York City service — including Lauryn Hill, LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, The Roots, and L.A. Reid – but it was Kanye West who had the biggest impact thanks to his lengthy eulogy.
In typical Kanye fashion, he made a few jokes — specifically about Hot 97's DJ Peter Rosenberg bringing up Led Zeppelin on Phife's day — but this time, his inability to censor himself came across as charming instead of patronizing.
We're sure Phife would have greatly appreciated the speech, Ye.
