Amy Poehler is just the best!

She's super talented, crazy hard working and pretty as a spring daisy. (Is that a saying? LOLz!)

She's been answering a series of questions in a segment on YouTube called Ask Amy.

A girl wrote in asking for advice, saying she leads such a busy life with a full class load and after school activities, and only sleeps about 5 hours a night!

That's def not healthy.

It's recommended to get 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night! That shiz cray! Nobody has that kind of time!

So what is she supposed to do??

Good thing Amy is here to answer her question and give her some sound advice!

We still think Sheryl Crow absolutely knew about Lance Armstrong's doping — we mean, they were together during the height of it. He had to at least mutter stuff about EPO in his sleep! LOLz!

If she did, though, we haven't heard it come out of her mouth, yet. She's even been interviewed about Lance's confession interview, and makes absolutely no mention of knowing, or letting out a tired "FINALLY."
