Either way, we're always glad to see her! She lights up our day!

Cameron Diaz is constantly aware of what time it is — even if it's early in the morning, she knows that it's DEF gym time!

She ain't mad about it though! In fact, she LOVES it! You can tell because she's got a smile plastered on her face after breaking a sweat at the Tracy Anderson Method gym — and she has the fit-ass body to back up that smile!

She is in some SERIOUS shape!

At 40, her body is RIDIC! We'd be smiling too! Ha!

Not that we're complaining, we're actually happy!

Gerard was spotted on his way into a medical building in Beverly Hills yesterday.

We hope everything is alright!

Judging by his happy demeanor we can assume it was just a routine visit.

Or maybe he got the news he's pregnant! He does have a glow about him. LOLz!

We think it's safe to assume that Gerard is a paragon of health.

Anyone who can get into 300 shape is def a big fan of healthy living.

We're sure shooting sports commercials are pretty par for the course for David Beckham. The man has had more sponsors than we can count!

So when we see him goof-ballin' it up (emphasis on the baaaaallin'!) on set of the new Adidas ad he's working on, we get a huge smile just knowing that he's all about livening it up, rather than phoning it in!

Owen Wilson was spotted down in the beautiful Rio de Janeiro, Brazil yesterday.

He was out and about, getting his workout on by taking a bike ride.

He really looked like he was having fun!

Getting his blood pumping, his endorphins flowing and keeping fit all while seeing the beautiful beaches of Rio??

Sounds like he's got several reasons to smile!
