This is definitely an argument against those who say parenting is everything when it comes to raising kids: sometimes the environment is something you can't control. Two couples in Philadelphia have turned in their OWN SONS to the police for stealing $13 from a third grader!

The families saw video of the sons committing the crime from surveillance cameras.

According to court reports, June was arrested for theft and contempt of court.

Now, contempt of court sounds like our June- a sassy mama that says the wrong thing. But theft?
