Sheryl Crow Believes Brain Tumor Is Due To Cell Phone!

Sheryl Crow has a benign brain tumor.

It's not causing any problems and shouldn't at all because it's only benign.

She believes she knows why she got the tumor… cell phones.

She said:

"There are no doctors that will confirm that. [But] I do have the theory that it's possible that it's related to that. I [used to spend] hours on the old archaic cell phones."

She said the tumor is in the same place she used to hold her cell phone and she thought something was wrong with her when she began spacing out on stage and forgetting lyrics.

She was worried it was early onset Alzheimer and even though a non-cancerous tumor is not something you want, it could have been much worse.

As for the cell phone theory… we think we'll be using speakerphone a little more often.

Cuban Cyclist Pedals World's Tallest Bike For Record!

TAllest Bike

The guy needs to climb it like a ladder get on this thing!!

Check out Felix Guirola, getting ready to ride his bike at a record shattering 18 feet in the sky!

Here's what he said:

“I’ve never been much of a cyclist, but I really like riding tall bikes. I don’t know if this interests Cubans, but it interests me. This is my hobby.”

He's doing this for an amazing reason, too. It isn't all about fun and records.

His sister Eneida, had a brain tumor in the 1980s, and watching her unable to walk or balance on her own gave him the inspiration he needed to follow the path he's following:

“I told (Eneida) that one day, with my giant bike, I would make enough money to buy her everything she needed for her disability. Eneida is no longer around to see me, but I want to keep my promise. And if one day I win an award, I’ll give part of the money to help disabled children in Cuba like my sister.”

Beautiful!

We hope you meet every goal you set for yourself, Felix!

Toddler's Larger Than Life Tumor Successfully Removed

Oh wow.

2-year-old Jesus Rodriguez was born with a benign lump that grew into an over-sized 33-pound tumor. That huge thing ended up being bigger than the 26-pound boy who it was attached to.

Yikes!

Luckily however, doctors in Mexico City were able to remove the tumor during a 10-hour surgery that took place about two weeks ago.

It is the largest tumor ever successfully removed in Mexico history.

Jesus is doing quite well and should make a "strong recovery."

We're extremely glad the doctors were able to help this young little boy, and that he'll now be able to lead a normal and happy life!

Congrats Jesus!

Doctors Remove Tennis Ball-Sized Tumor From Fetus' Mouth!

Yikes! That is some nasty tumor!

Thank goodness the doctors were able to remove it! Because Leyna Gonzalez is one GAWJUS 20-month-old!

But when she was in the womb… whoo! Gurl had a tennis ball-sized tumor coming out of her mouth!!

Her mother was terrified (obvi)! She recalls it as "the most horrible feeling you could ever image; physically, emotionally, mentally."

Fortunately, surgeons were able to whip up a miracle! And even though they weren't sure she'd survive the birth, she owned it like a champ!

Watch the video (above) for more details! And be thankful for UR tumor-less mouth!!

TLC Readies The Man With The 200 Pound Tumor

200 pound tumor
TLC is set to air it's new medical special called The Man with the 200 Pound Tumor.

The man with the unfortunate ailment is named Hai, and he's a 31 year old from Vietnam.

Due to the size and weight of his tumor, he has been bed-ridden for six years and unable to walk… and the tumor has totally taken over one of his legs.

The disorder is called neurofibromatosis, meaning that the tumors are growing ON nerves in the body. The tumor is so large that it weighs twice as much as his actual body.

It's slowly killing him, and they only gave him about a year left to live, as the growth is stealing so much of his blood.

That's when a friend contacted Dr. McKay McKinnon from Chicago, a renowned plastic surgeon who's made it his mission to help patients with fatal tumors around the world.

Even with McKinnon making the trip TO Hai, because Hai can't travel, it'll take a miracle for him to survive: the surgery will leave him with a hip-level amputation on one side of his body.

We can't even imagine what this man has gone through.

All we can do is hope that both the surgery AND show are a success, so he's able to get the things that he needs…

… and live the life he deserves!

Good luck, Hai!
