Snoop Dogg has just been dropped like he was hot from the Parkpop festival in the Netherlands for not being “family-friendly” enough.
The organizers announced the news via their website this morning, explaining that they are seeking a new headliner for the gig, one who is a more “open and friendly character”.
The event touts itself as the largest, free family festival in Europe and we could see why the promoters would worry about keeping things clean, but we don’t think they are giving Snoop enough credit.
We think the Dogg could have certainly reeled things in for an evening! Should have at least given him a chance!
Oh wait, weed is legal in the Netherlands, isn’t it? We know how much Snoop loves to get his chronic on.
Never mind. Good decision.
