The Voice fan favorite Tanner Frick has shockingly left the show.
On Monday’s episode of the singing competition show, host Carson Daly had some bad news for Michael Bublé. In a surprise, last-minute twist, the contestant the Sway singer had used his last “steal” on decided to bow out of the show. The host said:
“Michael, Tanner left the competition after rehearsals. You still have Cameron [Wright] and Sloane [Simon].”

This no doubt comes as a huge shock to not only fans, but all the coaches, as well. Michael, along with Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire, and Gwen Stefani all turned their chairs when Tanner first auditioned with Morgan Wallen‘s hit song Thought You Should Know. At the time, Michael said:
“You represent so many great parts of the greatest gift America might have ever given to the arts. I want to be part of that.”
While the country songstress praised:
“Tanner, I thought you sang really really well. I love that song. When you did that Chris Stapleton growl, it just added so much dimension to your voice.”

So unbelievably talented!
Ultimately, Tanner decided on Reba to be his coach — but did that decision lead directly to him quitting? In a cryptic TikTok video following his departure from the NBC series, the 26-year-old sang in a recording booth, and captioned the clip:
“Ain’t nobody want me anyway.”
@tannerfrickmusic Aint nobody want me anyway
Ouch! It seems like he’s directly addressing when Reba decided for his opponent to stay on the show instead of him following a voice battle. Last week, the Consider Me Gone singer made the choice to keep Tate Renner and send Tanner home.
His TikTok definitely sounds like he’s feeling a little salty from the whole situation! Yikes. What do U think about this, Perezcious readers? Let us know (below).
