Oh, to be a fly on the wall in the MELtdown compound right now, where lawyers are scrambling to figure how to make this ugly situation right as rain again.
Fact is, they can’t. As far as Hollywood is concerned, Mel Gibson is an effin leper!
With more and more damaging evidence pouring in by the day about Mel’s disgusting, racist rant, it seems like it would be better for Mel to just disappear for a long, long time. Right now, both sides of this war are seeking some pretty harsh justice. On Mel’s end, they are trying to nail Oksana Grigorieva, claiming that Mel was just a victim of a “sting operation.” Mel’s inner circle is claiming that Oksana purposefully hid microphones in a pair of diamond earrings to be able to tape Mel’s rant so that she could demand custody of the child and be paid oodles of $$$ for her silence. A source says:
“What we are dealing with here is a systematic attempt by this lady to try to put Mel in a position where he caves in to her demands on custody of their child and on the subject of how much he pays her. Let’s not kid ourselves this is about the welfare of their child. It’s just a good old-fashioned shakedown.”
Victim our ass! Bitch just got smart, is all! Maybe she is a gold-digger, but the tapes would be worth NOTHING if they weren’t riddled with hate! She couldn’t make that shiz up!
And on Oksana’s side, there is some talk of charging Mel with making a terrorist threat, along with having him lose his rights to their 8-month-old daughter.
Until this mess is sorted out, it seems like Mel is taking our advice. A source says that Mel sent out a “round-robin text message” to his Hollywood “friends,” letting them know he is changing his phone number for “obvious reasons.” He then asked for the love, prayers and support of his friends in this most difficult time.
BARF!
The only support we’d like to give this guy is a heave-ho right into a tar pit!
