Mel Gibson was in a car accident on Malibu Canyon Road on Sunday night. He lost control of his 2008 Maserati, which was towed from the scene. The car ended up slamming into the rocky hillside.
The actor was not hurt and he had a friend pick him up.
In a surprising discovery, law enforcement does not think alcohol played a factor.
