Source report that the almighty Tina Fey tried to work her magic recently to get former President Bill Clinton on 30 Rock for its upcoming 100th episode, but unfortunately, plans fell through.
An insider on the show explains:
“They hoped he would appear next week to shoot the episode. They included him on the call list, but it didn’t happen.”
Before you give the evil eye to old Bill, you should know that according to one of his reps, “the request was made and immediately denied without asking him.”
What the what? Don’t you think you should’ve given the guy the option of just considering it. Al Gore was on not too long ago! What’s the big deal???
Maybe they would’ve let him play the sax! You don’t know! Buzzkill!
