Hunger Games Soundtrack Debuts At Number One!

First, it takes over the box office, now Hunger Games is taking over the charts!
The soundtrack to the flick that made $214 BAJILLION million this weekend debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart.
Boosted by artists like Taylor Swift, the Civil Wars, Arcade Fire, Maroon 5 and Miranda Lambert, the album sold 175K units, beating out Adele‘s 21 by 45,000.
Hunger Games is only the 16th soundtrack to debut at number one and the first since Michael Jackson‘s This is It in 2009.
