The effects of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast had the entire nation down in the dumps yesterday, but both emergency and comic relief have arrived.
Following Barack Obama‘s promise to “do everything” he can to get Americans back on their feet, Jimmy Kimmel — who had to cancel his first broadcast from Brooklyn — was back on ABC while Jimmy Fallon had the pleasure of performing in front of an audience again.
David Letterman‘s jokes still didn’t get a laugh though because he was once again without a studio audience inside the Ed Sullivan Theater.
