That’s right, a Derek Jeter focused documentary is on the way, called Derek Jeter 3k. It’ll be chronicling the journey to his 3,000th hit!
It’ll be a one hour special, and will go live sometime around the time he actually hits the milestone. Within weeks, that is, and we’d assume they’d want to catch the moment so we’re guessing afterwards!
Derek:
“It has been a lot of fun working with HBO Sports and MLB Productions to capture this milestone in a special and unique way. Hopefully fans will enjoy getting to see a sneak peek at the journey.”
It’ll be a unique way to witness it if you don’t witness it first hand! Not only that, but we’re sure the interviews they do will be crazy inneresting!
Hope the hit is a big one, Derek!
