Just don’t freak out — it’s been sold in the best way possible. The location is going to be turned into a youth baseball complex!
The property had been for sale for about 2.5 years, and ended up selling for almost 3.5 million dollars! We’d say it’s worth it — it’s a beautiful home, beautiful location, and has a beautiful history!
We couldn’t think of a better way to honor the classic film, to be honest!
