Man Found Guilty Of Animal Cruelty After Stomping On Pelican!

Horrible!
Daniel Richard Moreno went after a pelican in Newport Beach after the bird grabbed a fish that he caught!
The man turned violent and stomped on the bird’s beak according to authorities! The pelican suffered a hairline fracture.
Moreno was sentenced to community service and probation after pleading guilty on Tuesday to misdemeanor animal cruelty.
Crazy!
We hope the pelican recovered!
