Heidi Klum And Seal To Have A Nasty Custody Battle??

Say it ain’t so!
Just when we thoughts things were going somewhat smoothly in the split between Heidi Klum and Seal, it looks like the two of them are taking a dark turn.
After Heidi filed her divorce papers, asking for primary custody, Seal has now gone and filed his OWN divorce papers, asking for JOINT custody of their four children, Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.
Ruh-roh. It seems like things are about to get nasty up in here!
We have to wonder though… why is Heidi asking for primary custody?? Those children are very close to their daddy – can’t they both request joint custody and make this magically work??
