We’d be wearing black for DAYS if something ever happened to Johnny Depp. It’s just too scary a thought!
But unfortunately, Depperz did experience a near-death experience during the filming of Lone Ranger. We previously reported the incident when it happened, but now we get to see him explain the story in detail!

After he tells the story, David goes, “where are the stunt people, for heaven’s sake? You’re Tonto! You don’t need that!”
But if we remember correctly (which we do), one of the film’s divers DID die on set!! Jeezus, what a risky film!
