Vinny Guadagnino is giving Nick Jonas a run for his money with these shirtless pics!
For the past few weeks, he’s been keeping his Twitter followers updated on the difficulties he was having with a 3-week cleanse, but just yesterday he posted a photo of the results, and it DEFINITELY looks like it paid off!!
The reality star took to Instagram to show off his newly toned body and put it next to a picture of himself before he began his cleanse, and the differences are VERY obvious!
Not only does Vinny look like he slimmed down and lost weight, but he also put on a bit of muscle and bulked up!
He attributes his fitness to a combination of cardio, lifting, and diet, but it would be kind of nice if he gave more details (and more shirtless after pics!) to his followers! We’re sure anyone would be willing to give his regimen a shot if they could have that drastic of a transformation in just three weeks!
