She’s come a long way, baby!
Melissa McCarthy admitted in a recent interview that she used to have a lot of hang-ups about her looks when she was younger.
In fact, she used to cry all the time! She said:
“In my 20s I used to cry about why I wasn’t thinner or prettier, but I want to add that I also used to cry about things like: ‘I wish my hair would grow faster. I wish I had different shoes…I was an idiot … It’s a decade of tears.”
Well, you get older and wiser — that’s one of the perks!
The star of Tammy is obviously in a much better place now, and she looked great while posing outside The Late Show with David Letterman studios in New York yesterday!
We usually are not fans of drop-crotch pants, but Melissa’s print jumpsuit works! Plus, her sassy accessories, including a studded clutch with long fringe, were so fun and on point!
No more tears, Melissa! Except when, like, really sad stuff happens, obviously.
