Lamar Odom is so lucky to have Khloé Kardashian by his side!
Despite reports that KoKo and Lamar are NOT getting back together, the reality star decided to ditch her Halloween plans just so Lam wouldn’t celebrate the holiday alone in the hospital.

Khlo’s Halloween whereabouts were revealed when she tweeted a pic of a trick-o-treating bag, a snap fans quickly determined was shot from the hospital thanks to all the visible medical equipment visible in the background.
Obviously, the beauty’s supporters wanted to commend the California native for her sorta-wifey dedication, and they swiftly flooded Twitter with their love.

How amazing. We’re especially glad K.K. was there considering Odom is on the outs with his dad AGAIN and his kids have since returned to New York.
