And yet the proof is right before our eyes — Cate the Great in actual, real-life, honest-to-goodness overalls!!!
The actress touched down at Tokyo International Airport on Wednesday in a dark blue number that made her look like one of those people who load luggage onto the airplane.
But she fancied up the simple outfit with a pair of rhinestone-buckled suede Roger Vivier creepers, and it has us looking at overalls with a different eye, to be honest.
