Mariah Carey is a queen of the music industry, but the superstar was ruling the land of TV when she guest starred on Wednesday night’s episode of Empire!
Playing a unitard wearing Mimi-esque pop star named Kitty, the Elusive Enchantress stole almost every scene she was in, especially her duet with Jamal Lyon (Jussie Smollett).
In the actual scene, Jamal was a bit nervous to belt one out next to the talented Kitty while recording their song Infamous. (We mean, we would be, too…)

But in the song’s official music video the two sound pitch perfect! On top of showing off her powerful pipes, the 46-year-old throws in some diva-tastic hand movements — because, why not?
After this musical magic, we hope to see a lot more Kitty on the show!
