David Bowie‘s memory continues to live on!
On Monday, Apple unveiled its latest set of emojis to hit the iPhone ahead of its iOS 10.2 update.
Amongst the new emojis, which include fun images like an avocado and a face palm, is an homage to Bowie’s iconic Aladdin Sane album cover. The sweet tribute comes on the heels of the singer’s tragic death in January.

In addition to the amazing emoji news, the famous art gallery Sotheby’s just announced David’s secret and immense art collection will hit the auction block on November 10 and 11.
According to the art house, the collection includes Jean-Michel Basquiat‘s insanely expensive 1984 painting Air Power, as well as a spin painting Bowie himself created with Damien Hirst in 1995.
While there are HUNDREDS of high-priced pieces in the stockpile, the Basquiat takes the cake with a price tag of $3 million dollars while his collaboration with Hirst comes in around $350K.
Damn! We imagine many of Bowie’s dedicated fans will be chomping at the bit to bid on those pricey items!
