May the Fourth be with — oh crap.
Star Wars Day isn’t usually a school holiday, but the students at Ashwaubenon High School got at least a partial day off — when they were evacuated!
After a worried parent called police to report a man walking into the Wisconsin school wearing black clothes and a mask, Ashwaubenon Public Safety officers arrived and swept the school.

Thankfully it turned out to be just a kid in a Darth Vader costume! In a post to parents on Facebook the school district explained:
“There was no legitimate threat at AHS today. It was a misunderstanding where a student wore a Star Wars costume for ‘May the Fourth Be With You’ day. There was no intent of a threat, but the student will be held accountable.”
Accountable for what? Well, we guess with no warning ahead of time, the image of a Sith Lord stalking the high school could be pretty intense. Just ask these guys…
