The Lohan clan is coming out against Michael Lohan for his spotlight stealing recent decision to become friendly with another famous through his offspring papa – Jon Gosselin.
Allegedly, Michael is pretty behind in his child support payments: 6 months and $12,000 behind. The situation has got both ex Dina Lohan and daughter Lindsay in a tizzy. Lindsay is giving him the silent treatment again, while Dina is probably the source leaking this story to press.
Ironically, Michael Lohan sees that pretty clearly too. When asked about the payments, he replied: “That’s a total lie. I pay Dina and the kids cash all the time. This is being generated from Dina, because she sees all the press about Jon Gosselin and I being together. Dina loves the headlines and hates when anyone else takes her spotlight.”
Hard to choose who to stand behind as Dina does have a track record for being a famewhore, but Michael has no job, no fame, and as far as we can tell, no money, so where would he get child support money?
We’re going to get behind Dina on this one, just because Michael goes one big step out-of-bounds that just adds to his long list of references of being a douche. He admits that a current topic of conversation for him and Jon just happen to be their wives and it goes a little something like this: “This is typical of what Jon and I discussed about spouses being vindictive and destroying a relationship between a father and their children.”
Wow! Well, Mike, we think both you guys are doing a bang up job all by yourselves. Blame your ex-wives all you want, but we don’t see you doing much for them, expect maybe finding them blow or bringing them home an Ed Hardy bandanna to play with.
