At Kathy Griffin‘s concert in Alaska on Friday night, none other than Levi Johnston escorted Miz Griffin out onto the stage!

It must be true love!

And not to leave Sexy Sarah out, Kathy reportedly left a note at Palin’s doorstep inviting her to the show!!

Not surprisingly, Palin was a no-show.
