The Long Beach, CA home where Sandra Bullock and Jesse James once had happy memories has now been put on the market for an asking price of $6 million.
No lookie-loos allowed as there will be no open houses conducted. Potential buyers will be put under heavy scrutiny as they will have to pre-qualify, submit bank statements, and even have their pictures taken.
Yikes!
We’re sure Sandra is happy to get out of there as she has said that she found the news of her husband’s infidelity on that property.
“I did the only thing I could do, and that was pack enough clothes to live on and get out of town.”
She and her adorable new adopted baby Louis will be packing up and moving to the Garden District of New Orleans.
