Talk about awkward!
It looks like we weren’t the only ones who witnessed the tension between Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift on Tuesday.
ICYMI: The rapper took to Twitter to voice her frustrations with MTV after her Anaconda music video was snubbed for Video of the Year and the Shake It Off singer took her comments personally.
Fellow celebs Aaron Paul, Ed Sheeran, and Bruno Mars threw their two cents in about the controversial VMA nominations (below).

HIGHlarious!
Nonetheless, it looks like the said spat between the A-Listers may have cooled off a bit for the time being. Phew.
However, not before Kim Kardashian West was accidentally dragged into all the online drama. After captioning a picture on Instagram with her husband’s famous “Imma let you finish but…” speech, fans thought the reality TV star was shading the blonde beauty!
Kanye West‘s lady love quickly clarified that she had nothing to do with this particular shade.
She posted:
I’m not trying to shade anyone! That’s not my style! I just thought that caption was perfect for that pic! Changing the caption now! #ironic

LOLz! Poor Kim.
Regardless, we hope this whole misunderstanding leads to one epic collaboration. Who wouldn’t want a Swift/Minaj chart topper?! Fingers crossed!
