They should get Tom Cruise next! He WAS in PT Anderson’s film Magnolia. LOLz.
Okay, so Tom is probs not going to do this film or any film with Paul Thomas Anderson ever again, but we’re pleased to report that Amy Adams is set to star in PTA’s Scientology film!
Adams will star as the wife of Philip Seymour Hoffman’s character, who has been described as “a man who returns from witnessing the horrors of WWII, and in an attempt to find himself, he forms a belief system that catches on in the 1950s.”
Joaquin Phoenix has also been attached to the film as Hoffman’s “right-hand man.” Other actors in talks for the film include The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo’s Lena Endra and Laura Dern.
As we said before, this sounds like a very inneresting film, and we’re excited to see Amy Adams on board! We know she’ll be wonderful!
