Arnold Returns To Action Flicks!

arnold schwarzenegger returns to action flicks

He’s not JUST a Governator!

Last month, we heard that Arnold Schwarzenegger had been offered a slew of movie roles, including parts in reboots for some of his classic action flicks such as Predator.

While we haven’t gotten confirmation about him working on any reboots as of yet, we’ve learned that he’s got some new projects on the horizon, including The Last Stand, an action flick being directed by Korean director Kim Jee-Woon.

In Jee-Woon’s film, Arnold will star as “a small-town sheriff who must recapture a drug cartel leader before he crosses the border to freedom in Mexico.” Sounds intense!

Arnie is also currently in talks to star in Training Day director Antoine Fuqua’s film The Tomb, in which he’d play “a security expert who is framed for a crime he didn’t commit, then locked up in a prison he designed.” Again…sounds very intense!

Other projects on Arnold’s plate include WWII drama With Wings as Eagles, and Cry Macho, a father-son drama about “a horse trainer who must bring his estranged son back from Mexico.”

Glad to hear you’re keeping busy, Arnold! We’re still waiting for Jingle All the Way 2 though! Ha!

…Or maybe you can go the James Franco route and guest star on General Hospital!

What would U like to see Arnold do next? A new action flick? A reboot? Jingle All The Way 2? A guest role on GH? All of the above?
