LC’s body is bangin’!
Lauren Conrad graces the cover of the new issue of Shape.
The Hills star claims to have gotten buff by twice-a-week weight training, running and kickboxing, plus healthy eating.
“I used to love fast food,” she says. “Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.”
The fact that LC doesn’t have a real job and can spend all the time she wants working out, definitely helps!
