Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are to face off in court once more!
As you surely know, the Real Housewives of New York veteran has spent years in and out of the court room battling her now ex-husband over various different issues. The first legal show down was their highly contentious divorce — which took FOUR YEARS to negotiate.

The second drama occurred when Hoppy was accused of stalking and harassing Frankel. The court eventually ruled that the charges would be dropped on the condition that Jason will leave the Skinnygirl founder alone!
Welp, the former flames are to face off again this January, as the Bravolebrity has reportedly sued Jason for custody of their seven-year-old daughter, Bryn. According to court records, the businesswoman reopened her divorce case on December 6 as a play to get custody of her daughter.
We honestly don’t blame Frankel for trying to get full custody of Bryn, especially after what was reported during the stalking case. In case you forgot, back in January of this year, Jason was arrested after he allegedly showed up at the young Miz Hoppy’s school and told Bethenny:
“I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned.”
At the time, he denied the claims. Hopefully, for their daughter’s sake, Bethenny and Jason can keep things civil amid this latest custody battle.
Although, we doubt that will happen…
