Gleeks and members of the Hollywood community are only just moving past the loss of one of their own.
With Lea Michele’s Teen Choice Awards acceptance speech as a testament to how loved Cory Monteith was, we know that his passing will not soon be forgotten.
That said, when Glee‘s newest cast members, Blake Jenner and Alex Newell, opened up about heading back to film the new season, we were happy to hear the continued optimism on set.
Blake, who plays Ryder, stated:
“It’s been very positive. I think it’s better that we are together than separate. We are all family.”
Meanwhile, Alex, aka Unique, reiterated the sentiment:
├óΓé¼┼ôIt’s a family mood. We are all very happy to be back doing something we absolutely love, and it’s one of those experiences where we love to go to work every day now.├óΓé¼┬¥
As for Cory’s tribute episode, Alex admitted that everyone is “just trying to take everything one step at a time,” while Blake added:
“I think it will be a group effort, and we will all come together, so it will be good.”
We have no doubt!
It’s a family affair.
