New updates on the allegations against Nick Gordon.
The 25-year-old boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown has been accused of her wrongful death, and now a source close to the investigation revealed that the Georgia district attorney has assembled a secret grand jury seeking murder charges.
If the DA is able to make the criminal charges stick, Gordon will be prosecuted “very soon,” according to the insider.

As we reported, the lawsuit filed by Brown’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove seeks at least $10 million, claiming that Gordon was responsible for Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown‘s only daughter’s coma and subsequent death. Gordon is accused of beating Brown, giving her a “toxic cocktail,” and withdrawing thousands of dollars from her accounts.
Although Gordon maintains his innocence, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that the cause of the July 26 death has been determined and sealed by a judge.
Only time will tell.
Following Bobbi Kristina’s unfortunate passing, Hargrove said in a statement:
“We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown.”
