We’ve all been there.
You don’t do as well on a big test, or a big project, or a big entire semester.
And you’re scared of how your parents will react, so to buy yourself a few more hours, you fake your own kidnapping.
Well, we haven’t all been there, but one young boy in Spain was last week!
The 11-year-old son of a police officer called his father on his cell phone and told him that he had been abducted and was currently being transported in the trunk of a car!
Word went out, police were mobilized, the news started their coverage- but just two hours later, the boy’s father noticed the keys to their spare house were missing.
After a quick inspection, Dad found the boy, who explained that he was terrified of how his parents would react to hearing of his poor performance in school.
Just wait until they find out how bad he is with proportional response!
Let’s just say he’ll be a lot less likely to be kidnapped not being allowed to leave his room for the next two years!
