Britney Spears is ready to tell her story!
According to Page Six insiders on Thursday, the pop star has officially finished writing her memoir — and it is going to be an explosive tell-all covering EVERYTHING you can imagine. And get this, it’ll be available in the fall! Not much longer now!
One source gave fans a tease of what they can expect in the pages of the book, saying:
“Britney’s book is a story of triumph. It will cover her most vulnerable moments, her childhood — being a little girl with big dreams — her breakup with Justin Timberlake, the moment she shaved her head, and her battle with her family over her conservatorship.”
Whoa! She really is holding nothing back!

The story won’t just revolve around some of the tougher moments of her life, though. Britney is also going to be opening up about the joy she’s found post-conservatorship:
“It is also a story of survival, finding her way out of the crippling conservatorship to finding happiness with her husband Sam Asghari.”
The outlet also revealed Britney has been working with ghostwriter Sam Lansky on the book. He’s an accomplished novelist and journalist who has written for The Atlantic, New York Magazine, and Time. He’s also profiled icons like Madonna, Nicki Minaj, and Adele. Seems like he knows what he’s doing then!
Those at publisher Simon & Schuster are said to be “thrilled” with the currently unnamed memoir, which is going through final legal revisions as we speak with hopes it will be out ahead of the holidays.

Speaking very highly about all the tea the Circus vocalist spilled in the book, the source continued:
“Britney’s book is brutally honest and from the heart. No stone is left unturned. It’s truly a female empowerment story — her taking control of her life.”
A second publishing insider dished:

Sounds like all Brit’s soul-searching has paid off! We have no doubt this book will be amazing! As Perezcious readers know, the Crossroads alum has been working on the memoir ever since landing an impressive $15 million deal in February 2022. In a recent Instagram post, the 41-year-old revealed she’s “written 3 different versions of [the] book and had LOTS of therapy through the process.” With everything she’s been through, we’re sure it was cathartic (though challenging) to put her story to pen and paper. We cannot wait to finally hear about her life in her own words soon!
