Britney Spears' Dad Jamie Spears Accused Of Abusing Her Son

This is serious.

Jamie Spears, Britney Spears‘ dad and the subject of much controversy among Britney’s fandom this year, has been accused of abusing her son.

Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline, who now has 70% custody of their two boys together, Sean Preston and Jayden James, filed a police report against Jamie on August 25, alleging battery on Kevin’s 13-year-old with Brit. Sean Preston is the oldest at 13. Jayden James is 12.

Kevin is accusing Jamie of battery, although law enforcement sources would not detail the nature of the injury. The alleged abuse happened the day before, August 24, while the boys were in Britney’s care.

This is so distressing. It really feels like things have not been going so great in many ways for the singer regarding her relationship with her father lately, especially after that whole #FreeBritney fiasco earlier this year. Jamie also recently tried to get the conservatorship that Britney is under extended in multiple states. Fans have been eager to see the 37-year-old freed from her conservatorship (which has been going on for more than a decade after her breakdown in 2007) and given the ability to make all of her own choices in life. We can’t be sure if that’ll happen anytime soon considering Jamie’s attempts to actually extend it!

Oh, right, and he even filed a lawsuit against the #FreeBritney ringleader for supposedly defaming Brit’s conservators. Really doesn’t seem like Jamie wants to let the conservatorship go, does it? Furthermore, he admitted a few months ago that his and his eldest daughter’s relationship has always been “strained.”

These latest accusations by KFed will NOT help matters between his ex-wife and her father, that’s for sure. That is, if the accusations prove to be true. Kevin might even file for full custody if he feels his sons are in any way in some type of danger from their grandfather. It doesn’t seem far-fetched.

In happier news, Britney, Preston, and Jayden were recently in Disneyland seeming to have a great time!

Brit even said about the pic:

“Great time at Disneyland today …. but I don’t remember ever getting that wet on splash mountain ?!!! Geeez …. anyhow my boys are older now, so they don’t like their picture taken ever… so I was thrilled today when they said SURE !!!!! Such a great place !!!!!”

Here’s hoping this new situation is resolved and everything turns out okay.
